These are some people you could tell
friends or family
a support worker or key worker at home or at a day service
someone who works for an organisation you know, like a supporter
bus driver
social worker
police or transport police
a teacher or staff at college
someone you work with, like a manager
You should tell someone you feel safe with.
If you are in danger call 999 as soon as possible
