Beyond the Magazinee

John grew up in Cleveland’s Collinwood neighborhood, and first became interested in art and graphics by collecting comic books and drawing superhero characters. He graduated with a BFA in art/graphic design from Ohio Northern University, and works as a package design art director. John is also a freelance illustrator and designer, and teaches classes at Bay Arts and Valley Art Center. He has illustrated 3 picture books, and his drawings are for sale at Stella’s Art Gallery in Willoughby.

Elizabeth is an artist from Alabama. She focuses on ink illustrations, using Prisma and Copic markers and pens. She has a master’s degree in industrial design. She loves to teach art classes and create custom illustrations.

Madeline has been Irish dancing since she was 5 years old, competing until the age of 21. Below is a video she filmed in a park while in Dublin, Ireland last April.
