• Ongoing training and monitoring of all marketing software and Internet Listing Services

• Set up of new properties under Beztak Management

• Oversite of brochures, floor plans, and collateral material

• Enhancing and presenting the marketing portion of the New Hire Training

• Providing marketing support to entire Beztak portfolio

• Over 10 years of experience in leasing, marketing, and management in multi-family communities

• Previously managed three communities, having overseen over 2600 units during my near decade of time with Beztak

• Proven successes in training strong Leasing Consultants, Leasing Managers, as well as various Operational management positions

• Bachelor of Science, Interpersonal Communication and Marketing, Central Michigan University
