Duties And Responsibilities

• Effective oversight of all aspects of management, sales, operations and facilities for a 4,000-unit portfolio

• Oversight of multiple lease up communities, with absorption rates ranging from 10%-20% monthly

• Specializes in urban and suburban markets

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• Specializes in multi-family portfolios

• Broad knowledge of developing market strategies to increase occupancy while maximizing market rents and repositioning properties

• Creating, maintaining and implementing budgets including capital improvement plans for various assets and maintaining income and expense performance within the budget guidelines

• Responsible for recruitment, training, development, and supervision of property managers and facilities team

• Well versed in overseeing and coordinating large scale renovation projects

• Proficient in analyzing financial statements and budgeting to increase net operating income

• Strategic thinker, adept at analyzing market opportunities and developing plans to generate business relationships

• Weekly, monthly and annual reporting to ownership on asset performance, budget variance, profit and loss statements and project status
