Duties And Responsibilities
• Oversees sales and marketing of the senior living portfolio with locations in Michigan, Arizona, and Florida

• Development and implementation of all sales and marketing training protocols and programs to maximize revenue growth
• Create and execute innovative advertising campaigns and market research to position our legacy and new development communities for success
• Ensure partnership between operations and sales to ensure revenue targets are met through quantifiable outcomes that increase inquiry traffic and improve conversion ratios
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
• 18 years of experience in the senior living industry
• Extensive experience with all stages of new development in independent living, assisted living, and memory care

• Multi-site/multi-state oversight of senior living sales and marketing for more than 1,500 units including independent living, assisted living, and memory care
• Strong healthcare background that has combined both sales and operational experience with special focus on sales implementation and execution to meet and exceed revenue goals
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS / AWARDS
• Certified Senior Advisor
• Licensed Real Estate Salesperson – Michigan
