Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for directing creative development of marketing content online and in print

• Provide analysis and recommendations for websites in coordination with digital marketing efforts

• Aid in the overall creation of property websites including writing creative copy

• Manage, analyze and execute implementation of SEO/SEM strategy

• Monitor active marketing programs and develop ways to improve them

• Assist in creation of marketing materials for apartment projects

• Create strategies and content calendars that enhance a positive interaction with prospects and residents and the image for each individual community and Beztak

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• 8+ years experience in digital marketing and communications

• Areas of expertise include website production and design, copywriting, branding, social media, and public relations

• Management, design, and production of responsive websites

• Management, design, and production of marketing materials including brochures, videos, and stills

• Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
