A quote about her role on the team: “Servant-leadership is all about making the goals clear, and then rolling your sleeves up and doing whatever it takes to help people win.” -

Ken Blanchard
PHILANTHROPY SPOTLIGHT BE Y’S BLANKETS
When Be y Pa inson brought her simple and unique blanket-making workshop to All Seasons, it caught on fast. Known as “Blanket-making with Be y,” workshops began with residents acquiring 32 in. x 54 in. blankets to be customized. Be y taught staff and residents her method, first by cu ing strips around the perimeter of the blanket. Then we all tied knots along the edges of the blanket. The result was a fun and relaxing activity that just about anybody could do. “I like to have something to do for myself. Cu ing the blankets is good therapy for me and good therapy for all the people who come to do it; it helps with their fingers. And it feels nice to be doing something for others”, says Be y. Once Be y and her “Happy Hands” helpers have crafted a sizable amount of blankets they deliver them to our neighboring Christus Victor Lutheran Church, which then distributes them to organizations and people in need. Join Be y and her Happy Hands today!
