Be your own best friend.
If you are not gregarious. Pretend to be somebody else. Throw away bad thoughts. Free up your energy. Move forward not back. Give your troubles a name, Describe them out loud, Pretend they belong to another.
Imagine the way you want it to be. Take the load off your shoulders. Make sense of it all with a story!
