Get To Know Your Life Enrichment Team

ZACH GUIDA, DIRECTOR OF LIFE ENRICHMENT

Zach’s passion is to inspire our residents to pursue self-care and further lifelong learning. As a Life Enrichment professional, he leads programs that effectively support social connection, self-expression, vitality, and purpose. Zach received his Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and Minor in Instrumental Music at Oakland university. Zach got his start in the Senior Living industry in 2013 as a server in the All Seasons Rochester Hills dining room. From there, he was promoted to Concierge, which allowed him to connect with residents and better understand their hobbies and interests. That understanding informs the work he does on a daily basis after being promoted in 2017 as Life Enrichment Director. Zach joined the All Seasons Birmingham team in August 2021. Zach hails from Lapeer, MI and enjoys reading, kayaking, hiking, and bowling.

DOUG BROWN, LEAD DRIVER

Doug was born in Pontiac and raised in Detroit Michigan. He has been driving larger vehicles for over 20 years and enjoys being out on the road. His passion is to assist seniors with their day to day lives. Outside of work he enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his daughter.

CHLOE WALLACE, LIFE ENRICHMENT COORDINATOR

Chloe was born and raised in Metro Detroit, but calls Berkley her home. She attended Northern Michigan University and graduated with an Applied Science degree. While working at All Seasons she has discovered her love for working alongside seniors. When she is not working, she loves to travel, explore new places, and spend time with her cat, Harley.

SHARON GREGORY, DRIVER

Sharon is the 6th child of 7 siblings, born and raised in Detroit. She has worked since 13, always in relation to service and people. She’s had the honor of meeting the residents and absolutely loves enriching the lives of others as she's had the pleasure of doing throughout her life. "It's a joy and a pleasure, and I'm glad to be part of the Life Enrichment team here at All Season's Birmingham.”

FLAMENCO DUO

JULY 12 @ 7 PM

Lisa Montes is Michigan’s most prominent flamenco teacher and performer. Lisa Montes began studying and performing Spanish dancing at the age of seven with her grandmother, Dame Maria del Carmen. She is highly trained in the classical, regional and Flamenco dances of Spain. Some highlights of her career include dancing with the Michigan Opera Theater and with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. She will be accompanied by Sean Blackman, the award-winning world music guitarist, composer and producer. They will deliver an array of Spanish Flamenco songs and while also sharing the history of the dance and chosen repertoire.

The Smoke Jones Detroit Band is a premier Blues, Jazz, Soul, and R&B band. Consummate performer Alfred “Smoke” Jones has had the honor of singing with world-renowned music greats. He’s been nominated for multiple Detroit Music Awards, including with Bobby Murray for the song "Sooner Come Later" for Outstanding Blues Recording. The band has played with jazz greats David Kocbus, Mike Stach, and more, and recently played at the televised Detroit Ford Fireworks Special. Don’t miss Smoke Jones and his hot blues band!
