Dear Issuu, I would kindly ask you to downgrade my subscription to the original one we had before and paid around 480 dollars yearly. This is unacceptable to rise it this way without us making the upgrade. We don't want to pay this amount of money for unlimited annual subscription, please either downgrade to the same amount and refund us please the difference.
