INTRODUCTION The Chocolate Room Café is located at Vidyanagar, Ward 7, Friends Square Complex, Gandhidham, Gujarat - 370201. The total area of the café was 544 Sq. Ft. with Rustic as well as Funky theme with various kinds of interesting elements, specially cycles together used making this café attractive and amazing.

DESCRIPTION Entrance ● The entrance was a minimalistic designed wooden door with floor spring fixed glass window on either side of the door, the door had a handle and it opened outwards.




Lightings ● The lightings used in the café consisted of pendant lights and track lights, the lights on the ceiling were warm and cool lights.



Ceiling ● The ceiling was an semi-exposed ceiling with dark grey colored paint and cycle wheels attached with light bulbs that follows their theme and also amplify the funky and rustic interior.



Counter ● Counter equipped with all the electrical appliances necessary such as: Coffee Machine, Waffle Fryer, Blender, OTG Oven, Deep Freezer, Toasters. The front of the counter was treated with wooden panel and beautifying crockery.



Furniture ● Couch, Chairs and Tables were used and arranged to match the theme, 26 seating were available with 3 sets of two seater and 5 sets of four seater.



Wall ● The two wall on the adjacent to the entrance were raw brick finished walls giving the rustic theme, and were also equipped with artificial grass and a cycle attached to the wall with tires replacing “o” in the word chocolate, which was the main attraction point in the café. The wall behind the counter consisted of wallpaper.



Air Conditioner ● 2 Mitsubishi air conditioners are used.

Washrooms ● No common washroom was available in the café.

Flooring ● Square tiles are used, each measuring 2’ X 2’

Adorning elements ● There was one photo booth which was not only the beauty spot but also a perfect corner to make memories. The another element was the gift hamper shelf containing cute kettles and colourful boxes with different quotes, patterns and wishes which was also adorning the place and utilising the space at the same time.



Blinds ● Roller blinds were used on windows to highlight the achievements etched on the fixed glass.

Planters ● The right wall consist of artificial creeper plants enhancing the interior.

INTRODUCTION ● The Chocolate Heaven Café and Bistro is located at, Aviour Building, Lal Bahadur Shastri Rd, Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400080. The total area of the café is 560 sq ft .The café does not follow a particular theme but is very amusing and uses recycled furniture to enhance their interior.


PLAN


Entrance ● At the entrance there was a glass door with, floor spring and patch fittings with fixed glass of height 7’ on either sides of the door.



Lightings ● The lights used in the café consists of warm pendant lights, track lights and wall bulbs.



Furniture ● The furniture were of different types recycled, hung and which did not follow a particular theme but gave a funky look, there were two seaters made out of old drums, coffee tables with chain like stand, two seaters hung on the ceiling, and dining tables with unique wheel like design in the base. In total there were 32 seating and 11 tables inside and 8 seating and 2 tables for the outdoor.







Walls ● The walls in this café were interesting. The wall on the right adjacent to entrance was well lit with wall bulbs and painting of coffee cup on roofing sheet, the wall adjacent to the left of the entrance had the slogan of “India's Ultimate Chocolate Café ”. The wall opposite to the entrance and adjacent to the left wall had a painting based on a band and music cone on 4 roofing sheets with different colors and a 48” T.V.



Counter ● The counters of the kitchen were well equipped with electronic appliances i.e. Coffee Machine, Waffle Fryer, Blender, OTG Oven, Deep Freezer, Toasters and a Desktop.



Ceiling ● The ceiling was exposed and was fully black painted with track lights and pendant lights that enhanced the overall look of the café .



Flooring ● Maroon carpet was used on the floor throughout the café.

Air Conditioner ● 3 Panasonic air conditioners are used.

Washrooms ● No common washroom was available in the café.



Fly Catcher ● Fly catcher was available at the entrance of the café, on the wall opposite to counter above the fixed glass.
