Site Location

Zoning

The project location is on Jalan Soekarno-Hatta, Labuhan Ratu, Kec. Kedaton, Bandar Lampung with an area of approximately 1.65 hectares. This location was chosen because it is located on a cross town road and there is no nearest hospital within a radius of approximately 10 km from the project site.

• The north side of the land is directly adjacent to Jl. Soekarno Hatta, Battalion A Pioneer Satbrimob

• On the west side, the land is bordered by Residents' Land and Indah Yatama Logistics

• on the south and east sides of the land bordering the Resident's Land

The concept of site zoning is divided into 3, namely emergency, public, and service

Emergency area is in front because of the need to be close to the road or access entrance for emergency treatment. this area contains installations such as emergency room and pharmacy.

Public area is an area that can be accessed by all hospital users, which also has a high user intensity. This area contains polyclinic, radiology, and commercial installations

Service area which is the area where you work and is placed behind because its use tends to be private. This area contains non medical supporting installations.

Zoning was made to fit the elongated building footprint and to accommodate hospital patients' needs for privacy and accessibility. The gray area is a parking area which is divided into 4, namely the northern area which is designated as emergency parking, the western area is designated as public parking, the southern area is designated as parking for officers/services, and the eastern area is designated as fast parking for doctors and officers. medical.

Concept // Healing Environment

The concept used in the design of the Type C Hospital building, this is the Healing Environment that the author chose because it is basically in line with the main function of the hospital building, namely a place of "healing" or a place of healing. This Type C Hospital building puts forward the function of the building as it should be, which is to help heal and recover from mental and physical illness.

Rainwater treatment or recycling, so that it can be used for purposes such as washing or other things. Rainwater passes through the roof drain, then the water will be channeled to the raw water tank to be filtered first before being taken to the ground water tank.

Electric current is divided into 2, namely electricity from PLN substations and from generators. The electric current is assumed to come from PLN, then mediumvoltage electricity is received by the PLN substation, then to the MVMDP (Medium Voltage Main Distribution Panel), which is then supplied to the transformer to be reduced to low voltage electricity, low voltage electricity is routed to the ATS panel. (Automatic Transfer Switch), to be channeled to the LVMDB (Low Voltage Main Distribution Board) panel, which is then channeled to the sub panel distribution room to be channeled into the building through the panel room on each floor in order to reach the entire building area.

BELTWIST COMMUNITY CENTER

The Beltwist community center was built with an industrial concept, which can be seen from the use of concrete and steel as basic materials. One application of the industrial concept is also applied to the interior of multipurpose buildings and commercial buildings that do not use ceilings to expose steel beams, while in PAUD buildings use ceilings to show child-friendliness, so that the application of industrial concepts can also be seen from the use of steel facades such as the body of the main building. . The shape of the facade is twisted steel with a turning direction that turns left.

This building is located on Jl. Lapas Raya, Way Huwi, kec. Jati Agung, South Lampung or better known to the local community as "BELWIS" (behind the ITERA lecturer house). This building is designed to follow the elongated shape of the land. The name “BELTWIST” is a combination of the words belwis and twist, twist is taken from the shape of the facade which tends to rotate to the side with a certain pattern. The building is designed in such a way according to the function of the room, making it easier for building users. On the 1st floor which is used in accordance with the basic functions of the building, is PAUD and the Multipurpose Room. The 2nd and 3rd floors are used as sports and arts community centers on each successive floor, and there are several rooms as commercial areas.

Design Process

The mass of the building is formed from 2 basic rectangular shape. In both buildings there is a lobby as an inter circulation path within the building. The building was raised to accommodate sporting and artistic activities, in which each room was arranged according to its respective function. Like on the 2nd floor, on the 3rd floor too

There are balconies in multipurpose and commercial buildings. On the 3rd floor, the two buildings are also connected by a bridge so that the two buildings can be used according to the function of each community to have enough space in the building.

Site Location

On the first floor both buildings have functions in accordance with the basic functions of the building, namely PAUD and Multipurpose buildings.

Elevation

On the second floor of the building functioned as a sports community room in PAUD building. While in the Multipurpose building second floor becomes a quiet area that functioned as a place of worship and library.

PADANG CITY TRADE OFFICE

The government office building has a total area of 7,536 m2. With a capacity of visitors per day, it can accommodate 942 visitors per day, plus a meeting building that can accommodate 300 visitors per day. This building is located on Jl. Khatib Sulaiman, Padang City, West Sumatra, with a total land area of 6,241 m2, the location of the building is located on the main road entrance to the city of Padang via Lubuk Alung-Padang. This building concept focuses on the accumulation of building mass which in this case is in the form of a box or box, with the presence of additives and subtractives or the addition and cutting of mass.

Site Location

The land area of 6,241 m2 where the building is built faces west, while office buildings and meeting buildings are built facing south, this is a form of anticipation from the heat of the sun rising from east to west so that the west and east sides will get excess heat in the morning. and in the afternoon as well as buildings that are close to the beach area which causes the climate to tend to be hot. There are two circulation roads, which can be accessed from the direction of the city of Padang and from outside the city of Padang via Lubuak Buayo. There is an electric pole that is positioned lengthwise following the road, the existing drainage is approximately 50 cm wide. The view from the building to the west leads to Jl. Khatib Sulaiman and the Great Mosque of West Sumatra, the view to the north leads to a greenhouse for plantations or agriculture. View to the south facing Jl. daisies. View to the east facing green open space. The main noise comes from the main road (Jl. Khatib Sulaiman) and a small road beside the land (Jl. Aster). In this case, the building is designed with an elongated shape and placed some distance from the main road to avoid noise and beautify the point of view of the building.

Design Process

Have the basic form of two additional beam.

On the second floor in additives on the building bigger.

On floors 3-6 in subtractive for maximizing the form of the existing space.

This building concept focuses on the accumulation of building mass which in this case is in the form of a box or box, with the presence of additives and subtractives or the addition and cutting of mass. The facade of the building adapts the typical local style, namely the area of West Sumatra. It can be seen from the trellis on the front and side of the building that tapers upwards, taking the philosophy of the gonjong roof form typical of the West Sumatra region with a more modern approach. The meeting building is given a triangular roof at the entrance of the building in the form of a gonjong roof so that it further emphasizes the characteristics of government buildings in the city of Padang, in this case the gonjong roof. The secondary skin has a wave like pattern that analogizes the shape of the waves where we know Padang City is near the sea. This building is also not too far from the sea.

VILLAGE HALL

The Initial concept of the building takes the metaphor of a flying bird, seen from the office room and main room. Shape of a roof covering made in such a materialized way that it is shingle. The main room is made open with the main function as a gathering place for villagers, where it allows light and air to freely enter, which indirectly saves costs and energy and makes the building eco-friendly. This building has 3 entrances, namely the main entrance in front and two entrances on the right and left sides of the building. The building is also equipped with 2 The building has an area of 90 m2.the main hall is dominated by wood material and Horse horses are left exposed. Office space Is made more private with a capacity of about 2 4 workers only with an elongated shape. On the entire floor of the building uses ceramics. The roof is composed of a cover made of shingle wood. It has a shape concept that is analogous to a bird, which can be seen from its shape which looks like a bird ready to pounce on its prey, which is characterized by a sideways elongated shape centered at the top. For the roof truss using wooden truss.

The main room is in the form of a very spacious lobby, where this room is functioned as a gathering place for local residents or a place for holding community events. The main material used is parquet wood on the floor covering.

The office space is located at the back of the main room whose function is as a place to work for village administrators or village halls. Built with brick walls and ceramic floor coverings.

There are 2 toilets that can only be accessed from outside the building, this causes there to be 3 areas in and out of the building, namely in front and on both sides of the building.

In each area in and out there are stairs because the building was built 30cm from the ground. Ponds and plants on each side of the building add to the beautiful impression and also function as a building barrier from pedestrians.

Pedestrian serves to connect every corner of the building or between spaces in the building.
