Welcome from Fr. Dan & Dr. Marchese Dear SVdP Families and Friends, Peace Love SVdP - Come Together is a wonderful theme to bring people together after the pandemic year. Many of our normal routines abruptly stopped and many felt socially isolated. Our school and parish were not able to have large gatherings and we all felt the loss. Yet, we all responded positively to keep everyone safe and healthy. We are excited and anxious for an opportunity to gather and enjoy the presence of each other. Come Together is a great way for our school community to come back again for our SPREE celebration. Last year for 2020 SPREE we had the virtual community experience and our small group parties in our homes. This year we are delighted to have the opportunity again to meet together to enjoy time with each other and to raise funds for our school.
Mead, Ellen and Adam Osborne, and Carrie and Derek Torczon. They have organized hundreds of volunteers to prepare for a memorable experience at our SPREE celebration. SPREE stands for Sharing Parish Responsibility for Excellence in Education. Your generous support ensures our ongoing commitment to Catholic values, dedication to educational excellence, and developing Christian character for our young people. We want our young people to become for our communities, parishes, and organizations across our city, state, country, and world.
We have a very dedicated and hard-working group of teachers and staff. We saw first hand, last year the extreme lengths they went to so students would be in the classrooms learning all year. We are blessed everyday by their devotion and commitment to the students and families.
Peace Love SVdP - Come Together expresses what we are hoping for this special evening and also what we look for throughout this year. It is a time to come together as a school community of our students and parents, teachers and associate teachers, as the family of God’s children.
We want to thank our 2021 SPREE ChairCouples for their working through very challenging circumstances in preparing for 2021 SPREE. They are Ashley and Taylor Dieckman, Alexa and Steve

Auction Info GENERAL AUCTION RULES 1. Each bidder will register and use their mobile device to bid via the BidPal online system. 2. All bids are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made. 3. Register your phone and credit card in the upper commons upon arrival. You may pay for your items with cash, check or credit card upon checkout. Payment in full is required the evening of October 1, 2021. 4. Winning bidders of AmFund trips will check out with an Accounting volunteer at the close of the SPREE program. If payment is not made, the credit card on file with BidPal will be charged the Monday following SPREE. 5. You may pick up your items and take them home by showing your mobile device “items won” list to the Close & Settle volunteer in the gym. Merchandise must be removed by the conclusion of the SPREE program, unless special arrangements are made.
7. Values printed are estimates only and are not warranted by St. Vincent DePaul Church and School for tax purposes or general value. To determine the value of your charitable contributions, please consult your tax advisor. For questions regarding charges following SPREE, please contact Angela Garrett at 402-496-7988. 8. SILENT AUCTION INFORMATION
1. Live Auction will be preview only on BidPal.
1. Silent Auction will open for online bidding on September 17, 2021.
2. All Live Auction packages will be offered during the SPREE program on the night of October 1, 2021. These packages cannot be purchased through BidPal. If you will not be attending SPREE, and would like to place a proxy bid for any Live Auction package, please contact Ashley Dieckman at ashleydieckman@ creighton.edu for a proxy form. All proxy forms must be executed and submitted no later than September 30th, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
2. Each item in the auction has been assigned an item number in BidPal. 3. Each item has been assigned a starting bid amount. 4. Each new bid must exceed the previous bid by at least the minimum stated increment. 5. Bidding in BidPal for all Silent Auction items will close at 8:30 p.m. on October 1, 2021. The final valid bid prior to closing will determine the winner of the item. 6. If you have won an item, you will be notified via your mobile device. 7. Merchandise must be removed the evening of October 1, 2021 unless special arrangements are made.
