When you read a book, you will remember the storyline, characters and their personality. That helps you in training your memory, which will also strengthen existed memories.

Brain stimulation Reading is basically a sports for our brain. Helpful to keep it strong and healthy just like muscles and bones in our body.

Reading in another language that is not your native will certainly helps in learning. The more you read it, the more vocabularies and understanding you will get.

Concentration

You will immerse in the storyline, until it drives you to outside of the world. But when you snapped to life, it eases mind improvement in focus and concentration.

When you try to watch your favorite movies for several times, you will start to spot the details in the movie. Something that will make yourself amazed for just realizing it.

Watching movies is not just about the storyline or good-looking casts, but also the scenery shots. Even though it’s just inside a rectangle screen, the visuals are able to bring you into the movie and experience the beautiful view.

Emotion

There’s always a day when you wants to laugh so hard or maybe cry some tears. Playing movies probably the best way to relate those emotions.

Rest yourself

Watching only needs you to listen and look at the screen of your laptop or television. You are able to do that laying on the bed, inside warm blanket with fluffy pillows, enjoy the show and rest yourself after tiring day.

Shopping When you shop alone, you don’t have to feel guilty for taking so much time for a decision. You can walk around the store as much as you wish without having someone following around. Exercise

Walk around the store, bring heavy shopping bags, and standing to queue on the cashier. Those are unconcious exercise you just did while shopping. That’s another reason why shopping is good for health, but not good for your wallet.

Everyone knows that shopping makes you happier, whenever your mood is good or bad. It just boost your mood up. Probably because you get to have something new to wear.

There is this joyful feeling when you have been eyeing for a certain product, and finally get it after saving up. It is like successfully reaches the top of mountain.

Feast Take a group of your friends to come along for one day culinary adventure. Stop worrying about gaining weight for a while and have a good feast. Eat really a lot. Get a savoury appetizer to start your feast, choose a guaranteed-satisfaction meal for the main, then have a sweet dessert for a best closure.

Life is not just about your local foods and its fruits and vegetables. When you go out there and find new edible thing, don’t be afraid to try it. Even if it’s a scorpion or bugs!

You shouldn’t miss any cuisines you found on your overseas trip. Even if it’s the same dish you have tried before, you still need to try it when it is in another country. Each spices taste just different!

Some say people has more experience as they get older, and taste bud is certainly included. We can’t always eat only familar things, like what we eat since kids.

Hibernate Turn off your phone and any alarms you usually set for the morning. Sleep early and wake up automatically as if your body has been fully charged. When work has take over your life, have a very good deep sleep and pleasant dream is really necessary. At least for once a month, hibernate yourself may help to start a fresh week.

People thought acne and skin condition are affected by surroundings, such as pollution. Have not enough sleep is also actually one of the reason. Good sleep helps your skin to breathe and keep themselves smooth.

Weight control

One of the reason of weight gain is lack of sleeping. Have a consistent sleeping for several hours may help to control weight gain.

Productivity

Sleeping is important for our brain function. When you have enough good sleep, you’ll feel fresh on the following day. That improve your problem solving skills and work performance.
