Sopra Steria Team Manager Responsibilities

• To manage day to day performance and setting targets and expectations • Refer any absence, AWOL, lateness, dependency leave, conduct and performance issues to the My Experience Team • Report any concerns, you have with an Adecco Associate immediately to the My Experience Team • Inform Adecco of any changes of job role, contract or pay • Refer the Adecco Associate to Adecco if their pay, benefits, or holidays are queried • Brief all Adecco Associates on health and safety and emergency evacuation procedures if required • Approve holiday requests and ensure these are sent to My Experience for processing

Sopra Steria Team Managers must NOT:

• Offer alternative assignments to an Adecco Associate directly without consulting Adecco or Sopra Steria Operations • Negotiate pay or benefits with the Adecco Associate • End an Adecco Associates assignment - If an associate breaks security or their clearance has not been granted/revoked then we would need to take immediate action, confirm the process for removing an associate from site. • Administer disciplinary warnings or sanctions directly to the Adecco
