How Automatic Ticket Vending Machines (ATVM) function:• We have introduced Smart Cards, which are available at the ticket counter from where a person can purchase a card. This card is rechargeable. • The passenger has to put the smart card in the ATVM machine. • The passenger has to choose the route and destination over the touch-screen monitor of the kiosk. • Once it’s confirmed, a printed ticket will come out, and the fare gets deducted from the Smart Card. • Those who don’t want to use a Smart Card can make the payment via the UPI payment method. • Our software has a multi-lingual menu, so it’s easy for all types of the passenger to use the ATVM.
