SYNOPTIC CHART The functions assumed by the system are: – Lighting the gas discharge bulb – Adjustment of light reach – Self diagnosis
On the contrary, the signals needed for light reach adjustment are received directly from the master control unit on the left headlight. At the same time, the calculation is sent to the slave control unit fitted on the right headlight, which in turn governs the operation of the servomotor on this light. Both units have a self diagnosis system which can be consulted using the fault reader.
Each control unit assumes the function of lighting the gas discharge bulb when it receives the signals needed to correctly carry out this operation.
