sound proof room is available at the back of the upper level of the worship center for parents with children or nursing mothers. It contains a direct audio feed from the sound booth.
Nursery: 10:00 AM Our well staffed nursery is available on the upper level across from the Worship Center doors for children who are infants to 36 months.
Children’s Church 10:00 AM
provides an age appropriate learning environment for our families in Classroom #3 on the lower level. Kids age 3 – 6 years old are welcome to participate. Please arrive prior to the start of service.

Connecting with our Church Family
Life Group Meeting Pastor Jeff will lead an informational meeting about Life Groups in the Great Room immediately following the worship service on September 25th Wednesday Night Adult Studies There are 2 options of adult studies to plug into and make some great friendships while studying God's Word. Pastor Chris is leading a Men's Study at 3 Arrows Coffee Shop from 7-8 p.m. with a study by Louie Giglio called "Goliath Must Fall,” and Pastor Jeff is leading an Adult class in the lower level Room D from 7-8:15 p.m. studying the book of Acts with Louie Giglio. Church Work Day Fall work day will be October 22, 2022. We are looking for A LOT of people willing to help with different projects around and in the church. Everything from lawn and garden care, cleaning indoor and outdoor, help with a parking lot project at the Student Center, and more! Even if you can only help for part of the day or all day your help is greatly appreciated.

J.O.Y. Group Thank you to everyone who came to the J.O.Y. Group lunch this week, it was a great way to start the fall program.
Parsonage Windows Fund As we pray and anticipate another Youth Pastor in the near future, we would like to accomplish some much needed repairs and renovations to the parsonage. There are several major projects to be done, but the first priority is replacement of the large windows, with costs around $34,000. We have a special designated fund set up above our normal general fund of tithes and offerings. Please consider donating to this special project labeled Building Completion Fund. Thank you so much.
Connecting with the Community
Open Arms Open Arms is a community outreach dinner where we can connect as a church family and enjoy a free meal with people from the community. Open Arms Dinner The first Open Arms dinner will be held September 22, from 5:00-6:30 PM in the Great Room. Spread the word! Got Produce? The Open Arms Committee is looking for apples and any extra produce you may have to give to families attending the Open Arms dinner. If you have an abundance of apples or produce and are willing to share with us we would love them!
Connecting with the Nations
Praise and Prayer Pastor Jeff and DeeAnn are excited for the opportunity to go on a Vision Missions trip to Portugal from September 28October 6th. Our church family supports International Workers Luke & Shana Camara who serve in Porto, Portugal, and gives 25% of our Great Commission offerings to their mission work. Please be in prayer for them as they travel, and that the Lord would use them to be a blessing to the Camara’s and their team, and that the Naegelen’s would have a deeper grasp of all that God is doing in this part of the world.
Global Impact Week
October 8th-12th Please mark your calendars and plan on joining us for Global Impact week at Alliance Church of the Valley. Our special guests are international workers in a creative access situation. We are planning several opportunities for you to connect with our guests. October 8th– Soup Night! Join us for a soup supper at 6:00pm. A chance to try several soups including one often served in our international worker’s country. October 9th– Our guests will be sharing in our morning service. Following the service we have a men’s event at the Christenson’s home. Signup is at the Welcome Center or with Pastor Chris.
October 12th– Our guests will be meeting with our AWANA and Youth Programs! Global Impact Needs Meals: If you would like to host our guests for a lunch or dinner, there is a sign up sheet at the Welcome Center. Vehicle: We are in search of a vehicle that our International Workers can use during their time with us in St. Croix Falls. If you have an extra vehicle that would be available for this family of three (one young child), please contact Pastor Chris.
Children’s Ministry
Sunday School Sunday school will be starting up soon. Registration can be found on the ACV website. AWANA AWANA is every Wednesday evening from 6:45PM-8:15PM. Online registration is available on the ACV website.
Youth Ministry
Youth Group Youth group is on Wednesday nights from 7:00PM-8:30PM. This is for ages 6th grade-12th grade. Don’t forget your medical authorization and release form. Middle School Retreat The district middle school retreat is coming up. It will be held at the Silver Birch Ranch October 7, 8, 9th. The fee is $125 due by September 28th. Register with Pastor Chris.
