10:00 AM Worship Service
Cry Room/Nursing Mother s Room A glass enclosed sound proof room is available at the back of the upper level of the worship center for parents with children or nursing mothers. It contains a direct audio feed from the sound booth.
Nursery: 10:00 AM Our well staffed nursery is available on the upper level across from the Worship Center doors for children who are infants to 36 months.
Children s Church 10:00 AM provides an age appropriate learning environment for our families in Classroom #3 on the lower level. Kids age 3 – 6 years old are welcome to participate. Please arrive prior to the start of service.

Maundy Thursday
Don’t forget to signup for our special Maundy Thursday event, “Messiah in the Passover,” taking place at Alliance Church of the Valley at 7:00pm on April 6th. Join us as we explore the connections between the Passover and Jesus Christ, our Messiah. Preregistration is required and can be done at stcroixalliance.com or at the Welcome Center.
Easter Service
We would like to invite you, your family, and friends to Easter Service here next Sunday, April 9th. This year we will be having two services; 8:30 am and 10:00am. There will be Nursery and Children’s Church available at the 10:00 am service. This a great time to be asking God who in our life we should be inviting to Easter. Many people are looking for a church but are not sure where to start.
Women’s Spring Tea
Save the date, April 29th at noon the Women’s Ministry will be hosting a Women’s Tea. More information to come.
Men’s Retreat
Spring Workday 2023
This year’s Spring Work day will be on April 22nd. Please mark your calendars and plan on coming to help clean up our church and grounds. There are projects for outside and inside, and the more help we get the less time it will take. We appreciate all your hard work in making our church so beautiful.
Window Fund Update
86% Done! Thanks to your generosity we are closing in on our $16,000, Phase 1 goal, to replace all the windows on the north side of the parsonage. Gifts to date total $13,834! As soon as the remaining $2,166 is achieved the order can be placed.
MN Adult & Teen Challenge
New Sunday School
Starting April 16th there will be a new Sunday School class. “The Case For Christ” is a four-week class that will be led by Ron Brace during the 9:00 am hour in Classroom 5. Sign-up sheets are available at the Welcome Center.
Collecting T-Shirts
There is a request for your donatable tshirts. If they are a size medium or larger and have no seams up the sides of the waist, we would love to collect them. Jerry Berger is using them to make jump ropes for the Operation Christmas Child Boxes. Please drop them off at the church office. Thank You
Open Arms Dinner
We are looking forward to April’s Open Arms Dinner!
This month’s dinner will be the Traditional Easter Dinner. Since this is a more expensive meal to serve we are requesting donations to help make it a memorable occasion for everyone. If you are able to donate, please mark the giving with “Open Arms.”
Christian Women’s Lunch
The River Valley Christian Women’s Connection is hosting their first luncheon of the year April 17th here at the Alliance church of the Valley. More information is located on the Church Bulletin Board

The Men’s Retreat is coming up on April 14-15th. There are registration brochures at the Welcome Center and online registration is available through the church’s website. Don’t forget to get your registration in today!
We’re excited to be hosting the Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge Choir on April 16th. There will be a potluck lunch following the service. Please help with planning by signing up either online or at the Welcome Center. Please bring a dish to share. Also if you are able to assist in the kitchen please indicate that on the signup. We will also be taking a love offering to support the ministry.

We’re excited to invite you to a very special event that will make a real difference in the world. Join us at the Polk County Feed My Starving Children Pack on Saturday, April 29th from 9:0011:00 am! We guarantee it’ll be a morning filled with fun, laughter, and a sense of purpose. Spots are limited so grab your friends, family, and coworkers and sign up today at the Welcome Center!
We are looking for expert block builders and baby rockers. The ACV nursery is seeking youth (age 10+) and adults to serve in the nursery one Sunday per month. If interested - please pickup an application & background check from the Welcome Center or indicate it on the Connection Card.
