The Youth Leadership Workshop

This May A Chance In Life celebrated the successful culmination of the Youth Leadership Workshop (YLW) sponsored by The Estée Lauder Companies Charitable Foundation.

The Youth Leadership Workshop is designed to empower and equip participants with comprehensive leadership principles through educational instruction, mentorship, and real-world case studies Led by esteemed instructor Dr Janet Leslie, the YLW provided a transformative 10-week experience for driven and talented students The students engaged in educational activities and designed community-based organizations in response to compelling case studies

During the graduation ceremony, we asked students to consider, "What is one thing you learned about yourself as a leader during the program?" We are so proud of the accomplishments of these young leaders!
