About the Authors Horacio E. Solla, PhD received his graduate degree in Anthropological Sciences in 1991 from the University of the Republic, Faculty of Humanities and Sciences, Uruguay. He has made many post- graduate degree courses in forensic anthropology from 1992 to 1995, the last one in 2003 dictated by Dr. Douglas H. Ubelaker of the Smithsonian Institution. He has received a Certificate of Inclusion in 2000 Outstanding Scholars of the 21st Century (First Edition) in Honor of an Outstanding Contribution to the Field of Forensic Anthropology in Uruguay as Founder of Forensic Anthropology in that country. He has a Master Degree in Human Sciences by the University of the Republic, Faculty of Humanities and Sciences. He also has received a Doctorate Degree (PhD) from the International Atlantic University and a Degree of Merit by the International Biographical Institute at Cambridge, England (2001). He has published more than sixty scientific papers and three books. Dr. Solla is member of the Uruguayan Society of History of the Medicine, the American Academy of Forensic Sciences and the American College of Forensic Examiners and the Spanish College of Forensic Experts. He was Curator at the National Museum of Anthropology (1990-1992), Assistant of Physical Anthropology at the University of the Republic, Faculty of Humanities and Sciences, Uruguay (1989-1995) and Forensic Anthropologist at the National Institute of Criminology (1992-1995). Presently, he has a full time position as Forensic Anthropologist at the Judicial Morgue of Montevideo city (Supreme Court of Justice) where he has solved more than 1000 forensic anthropology cases and identified more than two hundred missing persons skeletal remains and is teaching forensic anthropology at the Catholic University of Uruguay. He also has worked as advisory forensic anthropologist in several important privates cases.

Mr. Cox is a decorated former police officer and he devoted most of his time as a police officer to DUI enforcement. He has performed the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests on thousands of people. Knowing this information, Mr. Cox decided to leave law enforcement so he could teach attorneys across the United States how to identify drivers who are not guilty of DUI and teach attorneys how to effectively win these cases. Mr. Cox was trained as a certified Drug Recognition Expert. He was certified in the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and was also trained as a certified operator of both the Intoxilyzer 5000 and the Intoxilyzer 8000. Mr. Cox has also received training, from a breath testing expert, on each of the commonly used breath testing machines. Mr. Cox was a regular speaker at Victim Impact Panels and taught DUI Detection classes at the Citizen's Police Academy. Mr. Cox testified in hundreds of DUI trials and hearings as an officer and has testified many times as a DUI Defense Expert. Mr. Cox is the author of How to Fight a DUI Arrest and he now consults with and assists attorneys across the United States in effectively and efficiently investigating, preparing, and defending DUI cases. The American College of Forensic Examiner's Institute is excited to announce we are now able to offer Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) credit to our members to meet their medical licensing and re-certification needs. We will be offering courses totaling over 35 clock hours ACCME credit. This a great opportunity for our members in the health field to obtain needed ACCME credits. For a fee of $10.00 per clock-credit hour our members will now have the opportunity to not only receive the American Psychotherapy Association credit for approved CE courses completed but they can also obtain a certificate of completion for ACCME clock hours of credit. When you go to the CE online catalog, members will see a new tab labeled ACCMEApproved CE'S. You then know that those courses will be qualified to meet the ACCME standards for clock hours of Continuing Education Credit. Once you complete the course, the CE assessment and, evaluation the member will receive a certificate of completion stating the number of ACCME clock hours received for the course completion. Member Profile Joseph A. Juchniewicz Joseph A. Juchniewicz has over 23 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Mr. Juchniewicz holds a BA /MA in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mr. Juchniewicz was one for the founding members of the EC Council's Scheme Committee and currently holds the Vice Chair position. In addition he holds several certifications including the EC Councils; C|EH, C|HFI, E|CSA, L|PT, as well as Digital Forensics Certified Practitioner, Certification in Risk and Information Systems Control from ISACA, Level IV Certification in Homeland Security and American College of Forensic Examiners certification in Certified Forensic Consultant, Sensitive Security Information, Certified Criminal Investigator,and Registered Investigator. He is also a Fellow member in ACFEI, a Diplomate member in ABCHS and a Senior member in ISSA.
