 Since the impact of psychological conditions vary according to gender, it is important to integrate gender related factors in the treatment plan of veterans

 Then treatment plan should include the enrollment of veterans to peer support groups to help them overcome emotional and other psychiatric symptoms (Bongar, Sullivan & James, 2017).

 Care providers should adopt the case management strategy when dealing with different genders to ensure their needs are effectively addressed.
