REVIEWING HR POLICIES2
We must ensure that human resource policies align with the firm’s corporate objectives to facilitate high performance and goals through this process. The procedures must reflect the company's values, mission, and vision to clarify what every employee should achieve. I will then set the human resource goals according to the company’s priorities.
Presenting Recommendations in Areas Where Policy Revision Is Needed

After reviewing the company’s policies, rules, and procedures, I would recommend the administration's necessary changes by clearly presenting them and stating any specific system that the firm should adjust. Majchrzak and Markus (2014) explain that designing policy recommendations requires creativity. As a result, the suggestions will have a deeper connection with the current policy problems. I would also mention the factors contributing to the shortfall of the current policy and respective suggestions on how the management can improve them. My presentation must allow ease of understanding by the audience, be short, and indicate research areas of reference to support the recommendations. Besides, I must ensure they are costeffective, resource requirement, timing, and socially acceptable.
How I Feel the Recommendations Will Be Viewed
Even though the recommendations that I present may be brilliant, not every person in the organization may feel the same. Other individuals are likely to criticize the suggestions unless convinced that the policy recommendations will improve the firm's performance and productivity. Thus, I will convince the relevant stakeholders by appreciating the power of word of mouth to make them interested in my recommendations. Moreover, I would determine what the stakeholders expect to help manage their expectations and uphold honesty throughout the process.
