American artist Tracy Lee Stum was commissioned to create a 12 x 18-foot, 3D graphic of Machu Picchu for shoppers to visit, photograph and enjoy. Pelagia’s Chef Brett Gardiner and Chef Darwin Santa have joined forces to create a delicious Peruvian meal. This special dish with native ingredients and influence of Peru will be a featured menu item at Pelagia Trattoria in the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza Hotel through August 8. Every Saturday through August 3 at 2 pm, shoppers can enjoy live Andean music of Peru with musicians playing the charango, cajon, zampoña, quena and other authentic instruments while Peruvian artist Patricia Filomeno paints the colors of Peru at Grand Court.
