Watching videos or scrolling through your phone before sleeping can be relaxing, but it interferes with sleep! If you want a good night' s rest, I suggest you stay away from harsh lights, especially those from phones, computers, laptops, and other electronic devices, before going to bed.

Studying through cramming can be extremely detrimental to your mental health. Plan ahead, prioritize, and take action on study methods such as spending a few minutes a day studying before a test.

To those who enjoy being in company with others, you should aspire to hang out with family and friends. This comes with the responsibility of planning and communication, but the memories made with your loved ones will be worth the effort you put in!

Don’t you worry. This is usually a sign that you need time alone or just a relaxing break! Take a hot bath or shower, read a book, practice a certain hobby, or take a nap!
