Todd Adams represents the fourth generation of the Adams family to lead the bank. Over the course of his banking career, he has worked to develop expertise in all areas of financial services. He first joined the Adams Bank & Trust team as a cashier and later served as President before moving into his current role as Chief Executive Officer. Along the way, he has become a licensed CPA, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, a Trust Officer, and earned both an S7 Securities License and his insurance license. He also earned his Juris Doctorate and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska –Lincoln.
Todd has devoted his career to helping people achieve financial success. Relationships are the cornerstone of his banking philosophy. He builds relationships both with customers, in order to better understand their personal circumstances, and with his fellow bankers so they can work as a team to provide the best financial solutions, suggestions, and education. He takes the full view of each customer’s financial situation and connects them with resources to set them on the path toward financial success.
Following in his family’s footsteps, Todd has led a life of service to his customers, his community, and his country. Prior to joining the bank, he served in the United States Army. In his local community, he has served as President and District Treasurer of the Rotary Club and is an active member of First Congregational Church where he teaches adult Sunday school and has served both as Parish Treasurer and a member of the church board.
