Increasingly diverse and unique with more foreigners The Sunday Times Rich List is a list of the 1,000 wealthiest people or families in the United Kingdom, updated annually in April and published as a magazine supplement by British national Sunday newspaper The Sunday Times since 1989. It is not limited to British citizens and includes individuals and families who are also born overseas, but who predominantly work and/or live in Britain. 59-year-old Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov, who has a near 30 per cent stake in Arsenal Football Club, is the richest person in Britain with a fortune worth 13.3 billion pounds. Mittal, now worth £10 bn, is the biggest faller in wealth terms. His wealth was worth £12.7bn last year.
