Ashok Rabheru Ashok Rabheru is highly acclaimed for his work for The Duke of Edinburgh Awards. In 2000, he served as a Trustee of the D of E for a decade, planning and raising funds for the 50th anniversary of the D of E in 2006. Mr Rabheru was born in Tanzania in 1952 and emigrated to the UK at the age of 15. After gaining a BSc at UCL, an M Phil in Applied Mathematics at The Royal Holloway College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing at

London University, he began his career in IT. Founding the Genisys Group in 1985, Mr Rabheru extended his company by launching Genisys Enterprise, a leading UK reseller for HP, IBM, Microsoft etc. and subsequently Genisys Software and Genisys Consulting.

Subaskaran Allirajah Subaskaran Allirajah is the Founder and Chairman of the Lycatel and Lycamobile Group of companies. Subaskaran is a high profile industry thought leader, a visionary and entrepreneur with over 15 years entrepreneurial experience in the telecommunications industry. In 2006 Subaskaran founded Lycamobile with the vision to create a benchmark model for MVNOs and a mission to building the global number one mobile interna-

tional calling brand. Lycamobile now operates in 14 countries across European and Australian markets having the largest international footprint of any international MVNO. Lycamobile has acquired over 20 million customers in 6 years and will continue to grow its customer base and geographical footprint in 2012 and beyond.

Mansoor Popat Mansoor Popat is a hotelier and owner of Eden Plaza, and an active member of the community at the Ismaili Centre in South Kensington. He also undertakes a considerable amount of charitable work. Originally from Tanzania, Mansoor and his brother Salim arrived in the United Kingdom in 1974. Mansoor immediately opened a boutique in Kensington selling jeans. In 1984, he bought his first Hotel in Victoria and has since been an active

entrepreneur owning many hotels and other investment properties throughout the UK. Mansoor Popat and his son Abid Popat (BSc Economics, MSc Management and Finance) have a vision to actively expand the hotel business and provide upmarket 3 star business and tourist hotel facilities, like the recently refurbished Eden Plaza Kensington Hotel.

Dr Diwan Rahul Nanda India's most preferred security solutions brand and the first Indian MNC to acquire Great Britain's renowned security firm, The Shield Guarding Company Limited UK, Dr Diwan Rahul Nanda started his business empire when he took over his family business, consisting of a chain of Chinese restaurants in Mumbai called Tuktuks. He was widely credited for rescuing the ailing security industry in India in the early 1990's. He revolutionised TOPSGRUP to

become India's largest security group with revenues in excess of ÂŁ150 million, 93000 employees and approximately 8000 customers. Recently making it to The Sunday Times Rich List in 2012 with an estimated wealth of ÂŁ168 million, he won the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011 (TIE UK) and Brand Leadership Award (CMO Asia) in 2010.
