MARDI GRAS RECLAIMED

Easterseals of Birmingham held their Mardi Gras Reclaimed 3 staged event at Highland Park Golf Course. The event began with a Virtual Run and runners were encouraged to deck out in their Mardi Gras attire for their virtual runner photos! Runners were also invited on Saturday for a mimosa and an in-person viewing of the Silent Auction sponsored by Diamonds Direct and to pick up their medals. PHOENIX BALL

The Phoenix Club of Birmingham is thrilled to announce they were able to throw their 2021 Phoenix Ball at Haven! The night started with a cocktail hour and their special guest Big Night Dynamite performed for the rest of the evening! As always, there were several surprises throughout the night to provide the experience guests have all come to know and expect. Beer and wine were provided thanks to their friends at Gulf Distributing Company of Birmingham. Proceeds from the night will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Alabama. > WHAT TO EXPECT

The procedure takes between 15-30 minutes, depending on the area to be treated. Both muscle stimulation and fat reduction can be performed simultaneously or separately. The fat reduction feels like a warm sensation that can feel hot but not painful. The muscle stimulation feels like a comfortable muscle contraction similar to working out. Duration is 30 min to 3 hours in clinic depending on the number of areas to be treated. Recommended Sessions: The initial series is 5 treatments every two weeks. More sessions can be utilized if desired. Some may desire to continue muscle building without fat reduction. The treatment sessions are customizable.

> AFTER-TREATMENT CARE

A post-treatment care plan will be suggested for you to use for at least 2 weeks after the treatment. Most patients are able to go back to all activities immediately after the treatment. However, you may have some mild muscle tenderness that can last 1-5 days.
