Husband and wife team, Richard and Sasha Ayres, purchased the 17th-century farmhouse in 2005 and then converted the redundant agricultural buildings into six fully-serviced holiday studios and cottages, as well as apportioning part of the original farmhouse for guests. Outstanding Natural Beauty and is surrounded by 39 acres of arable farmland which is home to a wide range of wildlife. The fantastic location makes Mollett’s an ideal base for exploring the Suffolk Heritage Coast, with easy access to the local farm shop which is a five minute walk across the field. The accommodation has been finished to a very high standard with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay, and each comes with a generous living area, beautifully furnished bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Some have private patios where you can enjoy the sunset or a spot of star-gazing while others offer the option of unwinding in the south-facing rose-garden courtyard while the children feed the chickens.
