You may have noticed two rather shiny new vans taking up space on Framlingham Market: The head-turning Silver Rocket Cafe belongs to Lucy Spiers. As a coeliac of 13 years, she knows how to cater for gluten free, vegan and veggie diets, and sells boxes of savoury buffet food, cakes and nutritious smoothies.
Antony Knight of the Suffolk Coffee Pod, who owns the rather splendid Mobile Barista coffee outlet, sells Frank & Earnest of Bury St Edmunds barista coffees and cold drinks served in fully compostable Edenware Cups, as well as coffee beans and ground coffee.
