The Conference is a pivotal annual event for the UK classical music sector, involving over 400 delegates drawn from orchestras both from within the UK and abroad, plus funding agencies, venues, agents, publishers

Branding opportunities
These options offer the chance to be seen on key event materials supplied to all delegates, ensuring brand visibility before, during and after the Conference.
Option A1 Advertisement in Conference mailings: Reach out to the pre-registered participants of the Conference, before and during, to inform them of your presence and keep in touch after the event. This includes your hyperlinked logo and contact information in the bottom banner of our mailings.

Option A2 Insert in delegate bag (e.g. CD, leaflet, brochure, catalogue etc.): Have a direct contact with every delegate by inserting your advertising in the delegate Conference bags.
Option A3 Badge Sponsor: Your logo exclusively printed on delegates’ personalised name badges (along with the ABO logo) which will be worn throughout the Conference, giving maximum brand reach.
Option A4 Lanyard Sponsor: Your logo exclusively printed in on the badge-holding lanyards (along with the ABO logo) which are distributed to all delegates and worn throughout the Conference.

Conference bags at the Cardiff 2018 Conference
Trade exhibition
One of our most popular choices, having a trade stand enables you to have regular contact with delegates and be immersed in the Conference atmosphere. The exhibition will be accessible for the entirety of the Conference. Dedicated time slots such as networking breaks or lunch are will be part of the Conference program to allow delegates to explore the exhibition and interact with sponsors. Exhibitors can also promote their company during scheduled speaking opportunities/live demos (Page 6), or discuss topics with attendees on our app via private chat or 1:1 video meetings (Page 7).
