Final Highrise Design Podium design, site plans and Section

This podium layout is designed for both occupants of the building to utilize as well as the public. Providing efficient access to either end of the site via an underpass and elevated platforms if viewers feel inclined to enjoy a pleasant view of the site. Overall, this scheme intents to create a vibrant public atmosphere in addition to being an aesthetically effective point of access and congregation for residents.
