Brush and floss your teeth before each wear.

Remove before eating and brushing. Avoid colored drinks with aligners on.

Always rinse aligners after removing them.

After removing keep your aligners in carry case.

Avoid Using toothpaste on clear aligners.

Use only room temperature water to clean aligners.
