COMMITTED TO CONTINUING IMPROVEMENT
Hundreds of thousands of people around the world have used ABE to help them get their dream job, gain a promotion, start their own business or progress to a Bachelors or Masters degree.
In August 2022 we invited past members (alumni), who had achieved an ABE Diploma between 2012 and 2022, to share their journey and challenges. Some were still on their ABE journey planning to go onto further qualifications when circumstances allowed and others had started their first ABE qualification many years earlier.
The purpose of the survey is to make sure that we are up to date with the most common destinations and longer-term outcomes for our alumni. In this way, we can evaluate how best to meet members' needs in the longer term.
WHO TOOK PART
Responses came from many countries across the globe representing East, West and Southern Africa, the Americas, the Caribbean, Europe, Gulf States, plus Central and South East Asia.
Slightly more women took part in the survey (59%) and most respondents were over 24 with 45% in the 25–35 age range and 32% between 35-44. Graduates from the years 2020 and 2021 made up the highest proportion of responses (33%).
ABE is very helpful. It assisted me to think and do things strategically. I got promoted frequently. ABE is fantastic. Continue offering courses.
