Two conditions in which bad assumption becomes Haraam 1. When a person permanently has a bad assumption in his heart (i.e. he believes it to be true). 2. He speaks about the bad assumption or acts according to it.

1. Permanently having a bad assumption in the heart The commentator of Sahih Bukhari ‘Allamah Badruddeen Æ Â?Čť džÅ Ć… Mahmood Bin Ahmad ‘Ayni ČœĂˆČŚĂ„Č’Ă„Ę‹Čť Ţǀß ÄǞÄljȝ ĆŁ Ă„ Ăˆ §Ă„ (who passed away in 505 AH) stated: The [bad] assumption that permanently stays in the heart is Haraam.
