Solid rubber distribution boards

Gifas solid rubber distribution boards are manufactured from butyl rubber. This material guarantees high mechanical loading capacity and thus provides the ideal prerequisite for many different applications in trade, industry, power stations, shipyards, sewage plants and waterworks. It‘s not just the material used, our task-related product technologies also offer considerable advantages, i.e. we can manufacture virtually any plug socket unit and fuse. Features of the solid rubber wall-mounded distribution boards:  Indestructible solid rubber casing resistant to aging, acids and alkalis  High mechanical strength  Self-extinguishing according to VDE 0471, Part 2-2.  All exterior metal parts are made from rust-proof material  Solid rubber sockets with nickel-plated contact sleeves  Fuse elements protected by special shock-resistant covering  Easy-to-service design as all parts can be replaced individually On request these distribution boards can also be engraved, e.g. with your company name. Other casing colours also available: e.g. RAL 7035 / GREY. Subject to technical modifications.

Solid rubber mobile distribution boards

The mobile GIFAS solid rubber distribution boards are manufactured from butyl rubber at our site in Neuss, Germany. This material guarantees high mechanical load capacity. Both the casing and the fitted solid rubber sockets meet your requirements for high quality. Our task-dependent production ensures the maximum degree of flexibility, i.e. even custom and special distribution boards with your component fitting requirements can be supplied with a short turnaround time. Features of the mobile, solid rubber safety distribution boards: • Indestructible solid rubber casing resistant to aging, acids and alkalis • High mechanical strength • Extreme resistance to temperature up to -40° C - regardless of the weather • Self-extinguishing and barely flammable conforming to VDE 0471, Part 2-2, DIN EN 60695-2-2 (glow wire test/needle flame test) • Mobile distributors for building sites conforming to VDE 0660, Part 501 (EN 60439.4), other mobile distributors conforming to VDE 0660, Part 500 (EN 60439.1).

Our solid rubber casing transformers offer: • Transformers conform to VDE 0551, EN 60742 • Safety insulated casing conforming to VDE 0100, Part 410 • Sockets and plugs conforming to VDE 0623, DIN 49462/63 and EIC 309 • GS proved • Guidelines for BGV-A1, BGV-A2, VDE 0100, Part 100 observed

• Wrapped thermal element can also be used for crossflow blower control if required • External screws made from stainless steel and cannot be lost • Easy-to-service design as all parts can be replaced individually

StabiLED rechargeable tubular hand-light

StabiLED ACCU tubular light Innovative light technology with increased safety is the basis of this tubular light. Enormous light output at low power consumption is the most attractive feature. Thanks to its excellent features (impact-proof and break-proof, resistant to oil and acids, self-extinguishing) the lamps have many different uses. The lamp is fitted with 5 high power LEDs and guarantees a bright, even, dazzle-free, white working light. Impact and vibration-proof, the LEDs have an extremely long service life of > 70,000h. This version can be used anywhere without a mains supply and has a light duration of > 2 hours. The spot/area light change-over is carried out via the ON switch. Grip and cap consist of insulating material with impactdamping safety edges. The transparent tube is made from break-proof polycarbonate. The lamp also offers a dazzle-free working light. Mains plug Power pack with integrated safety isolating transformer and rectifier, integrated thermal protection, conforms to CE. All StabiLED ACCU models are fitted with high quality rechargeable batteries. These rechargeable batteries feature high energy density, excellent cycle behaviour without the traditional memory effect. Thanks to the integrated thermal fuses and electronic total discharge protection, the lamps can be used in complete safety. The lamp protects itself! The highly developed control electronics are built onto a SMD board. The advantage of this design is the extremely high packing density and increased mechanical resistance. FlashLED Inspection light with emergency light capability

With 5 powerful LEDs the FlashLED is the ideal inspection lamp for everyday situations within all types of industry. The FlashLED combines modern LED technology with a proven robust housing encorporating easy to use function controls. The impact resistant housing guarantees, even under extreme situations, a durable inspection hand lamp. Having an Ingress Protection rating of IP 65 it is still possible to safely use this inspection lamp in the harshest of conditions. Recharging the FlashLED could not be easier. The used simply slides the inspection lamp into the wall mounted charging unit, and whilst in the postion the user can benefit from the emergency light function. In the event of a mains failure the FlashLED will automatically switch itself on so that it can be easily located for use, or if power is resored whilst it is in the wall mount then it simply to continues to recharge. This option can be switched on and off as required. The electronics in the charger unit protects the rechargeable battery from overloading, overheating an memory effect. Lead connection or wall mount charging unit are both available.

The ApolloLIGHT, used in conjunction with the professional elevator tripod stand, offers a high level of illumination in all directions. The light is designed to be used both internally an externally. Product features The yellow casing consists of impact-proof polycarbonate with black rubber edges as protection against knocks and impact. The carry grip is also used as a support which puts the lamp into the required position by locking into place. The lamp cover made from macrolon is also resistant to impact and knocks and seals the casing against water and dust.

HPM safety tubular lights HPM safety tubular light The safety tubular light HPM was developed for mounting onto or installation into machines. It is also suitable for lighting switchgear systems and control panels. Other uses include wet rooms, tunnels, alcoves, drainage systems, water reservoirs, etc. The safety tube light provides dazzle-free light. Thanks to its high protection rating, it also functions without faults and requiring no maintenance under extreme conditions. Versions are available with the lamp body made from Polymethacrylat and borosilicate glass. The ballasts (EB or LB) are integrated or can be fitted externally.

Locally changing differential current safety device PRCD (Portable Residual Current Protective Device) with electronic fault current evaluation, switches on all poles, for optimum personal protection as intermediate‑ cord device. - Installation into cable drums and mobile distributors possible - Faults occurring due to faulty consumer devices result in a shut-down on all poles. Safety conforming to DIN VDE 0661. - In the case of system faults in a permanent installation, all possible faults are detected and the PRCD-S cannot be switched on. - The PRCD-S detects external voltage on the protective conductor; it does not interrupt the protective conductor connection. The external voltage can be activated in this case via its own series-connected safety devices FI and LS.

Description

The cable ramp MINI is the cost effective alternative to the Standard and MIDI versions. A raised pattern rows shaped in the base allow a vatiety of cables to be laid underneath the cable crossover and thus bear the weight of verhicles travelling over it. It can be driven over safely with HGVs.

The cable crossover JUNIOR brings order to every provisionary cable guide, for any type of lead or cable. The practical connection technology is ideal for daily usage. Additional safety is provided by the bright orange cover. This system offers problem free fitting of telephone and datat lines in offices, shopping centres, exhibtion halls, markets, construction sites etc.

Product features The cable crossover is manufactured from black polyurethane with a ribbed ant - slip surface. The PU ( thermoplatic poyurethane ) is extremely friction proof and flexible. Thanks to this new material formula, improved traction is guaranteed. The moulded connectors permit rapid connection, and the connectors cannot be lost.

The cable ramp MIDI protects your crossover point. It is suitable for electric cables, gas pipes, water hoses, and compressed air or hydraulic lines. This cable ramp provides the optimal protection internally or externally to cables and hoses, allowing vehicles with a weight of up to 5 tons to drive over.

Product features The MIDI cable ramp has 5 channels. Assembly is simple using a mortice and tenon method of connection. allowing straight or 45° connections. The hinged lid remains open for the hoses pipes to be installed or removed, and once closed the lid remains closed using the integrated closing system. The easily identifiable signal yellow coloured lid is non slip, abrasion restistant, weatherproof, and temperature resistant, as well as being petrol, oil, chemical and de- icing salt resistant.
