On Tuesday, January 24th, Aaron and guest, Anthony Rizzo shared their experiences with mentorship, communication with teammates and decisionmaking with fans and classes grades 2- 9. Some of the takeaways included sharing your goals with teammates, so that you create some accountability; asking others on your team for their opinions, and then listening to your inner-voice to make a nal decision; and lastly be honest with others and with yourself.

The new imagined ‘Master Classes’ come with vocabulary and post-event discussion questions, to get the young people thinking about how they can be leaders. The video will become part of our Leadership Library. Coming this year will be short, mini-lessons, using clips from videos to provide teachers with another tool for teaching Social Emotional Learning.
