TEAM REPORT “Oh, What a Night”!

Our inaugural New York Gala brought a diverse group of supporters together to show their love for Aaron and his ALL RISE Foundation. The “All-Star Evening” was held at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City on Friday, November 18. More than 450 guests, including sponsors, professional athletes, All-Stars, leaders in the sports industry, friends, and family enjoyed a beautiful evening of signature cocktails and desserts, ne dining, and a silent auction including signed sports memorabilia from Aaron and other professional athletes. A live auction included several experiences with Aaron, as well as the favorite “Hey Aaron, can we have a catch?” offering four children the opportunity to play catch and have lunch with Aaron. “Save it for the Judge”, moderated by Suzyn Waldman and Meredith Marakovits, gave guests a chance to ask Aaron a question about his career, Yankees experiences, and his journey to 62 and MVP. ALL RISE awards included a tribute to Harold Theurer, author of “Hey Dad, Let’s Have a Catch”, a Mom’s Choice Award winner, which is the foundation for the ALL RISE Just5Minutes campaign to stress the importance spending time with children. #Just5Minutes!
