On arrival into Buenos Aires this morning you will be met and driven to the marina, a road transfer of around one hour. Your guide will be waiting to take you on the 30-minute boat ride through channels, rivers and creeks of the Paraná Delta. Delta Lodge is set on a private island in the middle of the delta – distant from the day-to-day world and surrounded by nature. You will have lunch on arrival and then there is time for a nap and afternoon fishing session. This evening, if you would like, you can enjoy a glass of wine while fishing on the Home Pool right in front of the lodge.

Transport: Transfer international airport by road and boat to Delta Lodge, approx. 90 minutes
You will be able to enjoy fishing this morning before returning to the lodge for lunch. After a siesta you set off for the afternoon on the water. You will have ample opportunity to fish for golden dorado along with other native species. There is also the chance to take a delta tour through the various channels to see the wonderful bird life and some of the colourful local culture

After breakfast you will be transferred by boat back to the marina where you will be collected and driven the 45 minutes to Buenos Aires’ domestic airport. Your flight to Esquel departs at 1310 and arrives at 1540. You will be met on arrival and driven to Futa Lodge which is a journey of around 1 hour and 45 minutes (including the border crossing into Chile) There will be time to relax on arrival and perhaps enjoy a warm hot tub bath overlooking the Futaleufu River and Andes mountains

Transport: Boat and road transfer Delta Lodge to Buenos Aires approx. 90 minutes. Road transfer Esquel to Futa Lodge approx. 1 hour and 45 minutes
Over the next few days, you will be able to enjoy a bespoke experience choosing between fishing for brown and rainbow trout, horseback riding, trekking, picnics on the river, visiting the local town and some easy river rafting. You can fish as much or as little as you like picking the other activities as you wish.

This morning you will be driven back to Esquel airport in time for the 1420 flight to Buenos Aires’ domestic airport. On arrival at 1620 you will be met and transferred to the international airport for your onward flight in the event you are departing Argentina, or to a local hotel should you be staying in country
