COVER STORY: JULY 2017 Our July 2017 cover features Jon Stefani and Seni Glaister, the founders of WiFiFo, at their home near Horsham. They were hosting an interesting event to showcase the work of WiFiFo, which promotes social interaction through food. Jon, one of the event chefs on the day, took a break for this photo. It wasn’t a simple task for photographer Toby, as we visited at lunchtime on a very hot day. This meant he

had to work hard to avoid face shadow. For this image, Toby had to clamber over some logs and squeeze into a corner of Jon and Seni’s spacious courtyard, using a studio light to help overpower some of the natural sunlight! Other cover options included landscape designer Jack Dunckley, ballet dancer Michael Kopinski and pizza chef Michael Hanson, who was also at the WiFiFo event.
