01 \ COFFEE WINE CAFE The team developed a design for an upcoming Coffee/Wife Cafe in one of New Yorks’ Historical neighborhood. The central coffee tower was the pivotal point of the space and the move-able shutters on rails could house and restrict views of the merchandising. REVIT | VRAY



02 \ HIGH END CONDO


As part of my Internship at Rottet Studio New York, I was part of the team that was working on a High End Residential Condo in the Upper East Side. My responsibilities involved working on revit drawings, sketchup/revit model and renders. Helping generate detail drawings, floor plans and layouts, flooring patterns and prototypes. The spatial & material exploration of a democratic space. Democracy is a way of life - focusing on culture, dialogue, conversation, communities, skills, Behavior and processes! Democracy is about much more than democratic institutions and sets of written rules and laws. Democracy is also a culture that has to be nourished and lived by the people. As part of my professional practice, as a junior architect i was involved in the design of a resto bar. This was designed in an existing hotel. I was part of the project from the initial concept stage development until handover. This project is under construction . SKETCHUP | AUTOCAD

05 \ PAVILION DESIGN


The design intends to generate community engagement by spatially fostering engagement and play. The pavilion is proposed in Sunset Park by the community members as part of the yearly participatory budgeting scheme so they can utilize the park to the maximum through all weather conditions. The intent was to design a gallery space within our existing Pratt Studios. The design allows its users to move around the art exhibits through curved walls and surfaces almost creating an experience of moving between frames itself. Each turn allows for a different perspective of a piece of art. REVIT | RHINO | VRAY

A collaborative work environment for musicians to come together and grow! The design involves many break out areas and central staircase that connects two floors that then become a communal staircase for people to meet and greet. “The Backstage�, which is behind the curtains then become the support and tech team.
