Marjukka is the Head of UX Design at Digital ABB. She’s been advancing the role of design in the company for over ten years. Marjukka draws from a degree in strategic and industrial design, and has a professional experience ranging from R&D Project and Product management to leading strategic, industrial and user experience design teams.
Satu is a postdoctoral researcher who is passionate about exploring and under-standing collaborative processes, and the role design plays in them in the context of innovation. Her mission is to educate game-changers who are able to make a team more than the sum of its parts. She teaches across the university of the importance of soft skills and teamwork in ambiguous settings.
SARAH A. SOULE
SANTERI VANHAKARTANO
Sarah is the Morgridge Professor of Organizational Behavior and Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She’s a member of the advisory board of the Stanford d.school. Her teaching focuses on strategy, organizational design and design thinking, drawing from her work on social movements.
Santeri is an Industrial Design Manager at ABB Marine & Ports. He has a Master's degree in industrial and strategic design from Aalto University. He's responsible for the user experience and customer engagement around new software and hardware products, and services, working as the experience design lead in ABB's Intelligent Shipping program.
