Q: What are you most proud of in your career so far?

Shana:

Maurice: I’m proud to see individuals that I’ve worked with or trained, in new or higher positions. I'm proud of myself for staying in this industry for 17 years and having the ability to push myself further.

Lakecia: What I'm most proud of in my career so far is the impact I have on the people I've worked with and the residents that I've worked with.
