Student Spotlight Cali Anthony, CAM, CAPS Property Manager Royal American Management, Inc.
The CAPS designation speaks to my commitment to unwavering superior professionalism, upholding industry standards, and continued learning – merits that will boost my professional credibility. I am, however, driven by individual stories and the collective impact made on clients and the community. It is often said that continued personal and professional development ensures that “mistakes are highlighted, help can be offered and received, best practices can be shared, skills can be learned and/or finetuned” and so enabling you to empower others through education. My gratitude to the AAGO - the extensive knowledge gained on systems, procedures, and requirements, not only heightened my technical knowledge but, ensured that I am better able to divide complex concepts into understandable “bites” that staff, clients, owners, and community could understand. With a desire to further my career, the skills acquired and honed throughout my CAPS journey have undoubtedly equipped me to make a more meaningful impact on the lives of clients, colleagues, juniors, owners, and the broader community, in the property management industry, as I move up the corporate ladder.
