Nestled amidst the serene surroundings, Vasanthika stands as a beacon of tranquility and rejuvenation. Derived from the Sanskrit word “Vasanta,” meaning spring, this residence symbolizes renewal, vitality, and the blooming of new beginnings. Vasanthika serves as a reminder of the cyclical nature of life. Just as spring follows the depths of winter, it stands as a testament to the inevitability of change and the promise of new beginnings.
This residence consists of a bedroom , a large living room with open kitchen and washrooms . The entry towards the residence features a beutiful garden that serves as a relaxing spot for the family .

The furniture echoes the natural beauty of coffee beans, with tables made from reclaimed wood and chairs upholstered in soft, earthy fabrics reminiscent of freshly ground coffee. GRIHA council and NASA India have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to jointly promote the concept of green buildings and sustainable habitat through the GRIHA platform and sensitize students towards sustainable design. As part of this MoU, GRIHA Council and NASA shall coop- erate to execute the GRIHA trophy at NASA annual conventions. Students from NASA member colleges across the country participate to compete for the GRIHA Trophy, which is adjudged by a prominent jury.
Design Multifunctional Promenade Development at Puri, Odisha incorporating innovative strategies that transcend conventional boundaries. Emphasize the environmental challenges and inclusivity in the design focusing on socio-economic aspects that meets but are not limited to GRIHA guidelines.
