Judges review the various components of the competition, including the Virtual City design in Simcity4 Deluxe, the Research and City Narrative Essays, and on the day of competition, the Scale Models and Presentations. Southern Polytechnic State University (SPSU) houses and sponsors the Georgia Regional Future City Competition, providing administrative, logistical, and practical support and overseeing all operational functions of the competition.
