There’sa law known as Wolff ’s Law that says bones adapt and change to the stresses placed upon them. is is why it is so important to make sure we are good to our bones. Submitting bones to proper exercises under the influence of gravity and doing strength training stimulates the muscles which pull on the bones which cause the bones to respond in a positive way.
If someone only takes medicine or nutritional supplements without the exercise, they are wasting their time and money. Unfortunately, some people wait too long before they worry about their bones and try to make up for it in a short period of time and struggle with chronic pain and other symptoms, particularly as they age. ere are plenty of recreation centers in our community and private gyms all with Personal Trainers that can help you find a safe and productive routine.
