PHC
Phc , the primary health care centre is a place of healing, community and positivity Patients should feel supported and cared for, and the staff should feel fulfilled and appreciated The open and airy design, the natural light, and the lush courtyard all contributes to creating an environment that was conducive to healing and wellbeing.
CONCEPT
Light draws attention to textures , colours and Form of a space, helping Phc achieve its true Purpose .Vision is the single most important Sense through which we enjoy architecture And lighting enhances the way we perceive Architecture even more The lacking need in Every Phc is light by adding light source this i Issue can be solved.
SHADOW STUDY
Sunlight is a significant source of heat, and the way shadows fall on a building can have an impact on its energy efficiency. By conducting a shadow study it helped to determine how much sunlight will hit different parts of the building, and make design decisions that can help to reduce energy consumption
Shadow study can helped to decide where to place shading devices, such as awnings or louvers, to block direct sunlight and reduce heat gain in a building By understanding the path of the sun, it helped design shading devices that are effective at blocking sunlight at the right times of the day.
DESIGN PROCESS
4. ADDING LIGHT SOURCE TO THE PHC .THIS DIVIDES THE EMERGENCY ENTRY FROM THE REST OF THE PHC
2. PHC RAISED 1.2m FOR SEMI BASEMENT PARKING
6.DOUBLE GLAZED GLASSES USED IN CORRIDORS AND DOUBLE HEIGHT AREAS
7. ADDING JALIS AS SHADE AND INCREASES THE AESTHETICS
5. FIRST FLOOR ACTS AS A CANTILEVER

HOUSING मम्बई
HOUSING
Modular construction techniques are becoming increasingly popular, as they offer a faster, more cost-effective way to build homes Modules can be prefabricated off-site and assembled on-site, allowing for greater flexibility and customization
With urbanization continuing to accelerate, more people may opt for smaller, more affordable living spaces This could include micro-apartments, tiny houses, or even modular living units that can be stacked or arranged in different configurations
MAZE OR A LOOP
Architecture plays a powerful role in influencing human behaviour . Humans subconsciously adjust their behaviours based on the environment of the architecture of the buildings around them
EQUALITY
REUNITING GRIDS
CONNECTION FLEXIBLE BONDING
CHANNEL THE MOVEMENT
With the characteristic of having a grid system, the housing are built vertically up with minimal land used The structures gives a potential of adding more units for more residents in the future.
The unit plan is developed based on a square and all the units are arranged and stacked to fit in the modular grid The irregularity arrangement of units created gaps and voids that become a garden and community area for a better living

FORM DEVELOPMENT
• Modular construction techniques are becoming increasingly popular, as they offer a faster, more cost-effective way to build homes. Modules can be prefabricated off-site and assembled on-site, allowing for greater flexibility and customization
PEDESTRIAN FRIENDLY METRO
• Roads are placed in such a manner to minimise crossing over the pathways as well as to maximise, pedestrian& vehicular accessibility
• Public spaces are separated from housing to maintain privacy and security
• Food hub placed within 5 min walking circle.
• Making pedestrian friendly pathways and bridges to cross the roads which also benefits the food hub
• Water harvesting and the sustainable activities are practiced in site for a sustainable living
COMBINATIONS OF UNITS
• One of the key benefits of plug-in architecture is the ability to easily modify and reconfigure the space. Consider how the floor can be designed to accommodate future changes or modifications.

SPLIT CAFÉ
A café which has 2 characteristics A introverted space and a extroverted space Each space has its own character . The colour of the café brings out the extroverted face and indoor plants makes us calm.
The 2 personalities , incorporated in single space.

Extroverted zone
A space for interaction and socializing
This consists of sofa ,connected seating and a stage for some bands to perform
Indoor garden
This is mainly given to give a outdoor feel in the indoor . the windows provided in the separation gives us a outdoor feel .
Open kitchen
Open kitchen acts as a separation between the zones. The food served in the café will be baked food ,pizzas and drinks so bar stools are provided nearer to kitchen A staff and storage space provided is connected to the kitchen
Introverted and extroverted spaces are separated by level difference Introverted space is raised 30 cm higher than the extroverted space and the windows are different in both spaces to separate the zone.
SPLIT CAFÉ
