Accessibility The Z is fully accessible. Please call 508994-2900 (press 6) in advance to arrange for wheelchair seating. Audio listening devices are available at the box office. Signing for specific performances can be arranged but require 10 days notice.
Refunds and Cancellations There are no refunds unless a performance is cancelled or postponed. All sales are final.
Available for most performances, in person only, 1 hour prior to performances. ID required for each ticket.

Phone orders Tickets ordered by phone up to seven days prior to the event will be mailed. Tickets ordered less than seven days prior to the event will be held at Will Call.
Service Fees For ticket orders on-line and by phone there is a $3.50 per ticket convenience fee. All orders are subject to a $5 service fee.
